StepsWhere a quote is to be used to create sales orders on a regular basis, the repeating instructions are setup in the Recurring tab and Standing Orders Processing is used to create the sales orders from the quote. Next Activated date is automatically updated when Standing Orders Processing is run according to the repeating instructions

Create or load the required quote |

Click Recurring tab Repeat – enter in number required – e.g. 7 days, 1 months, 3 months Period – select from Days, Months or Years NextActivated – date the sales order is due to be created End – tick if the quote has a limited life otherwise leave unticked End
